Don&#039;t challenge your card unless you have given up all hope.

Once there is a challenge on the card with your company no one at travelocity will touch the situation until the challenge with your company is resolved.  (You can&#039;t refund a challenged amount.  Once challenged, it locks up the transaction.)   It brings your card company into the situation and will slow the whole thing down to a snails pace- and won&#039;t be resolved until WAAAAAY after your trip should have happened. 


Call the hotel if you like- but make sure that you involve travelocity in all modifications- or they can say &quot;you did not call us to fix it- so we are not going to pay for you wanting to make changes to your reservation&quot;  they need to verify the problem in order to take respondsibility for it


All you have to do is say &quot;No offense, May I please speak to an American?  I am having a communication problem.&quot;  

And they will transfer you to the USA.  They have instructions to do this when asked.</description>
