The front Facade is still under construction. It isn’t that bad. Construction is only bad in a hotel, when they are doing it the hallways and rooms. The Monte Carlo is still a great hotel in Vegas

I was just out there last week and it is still under construction. From the looks of it I don’t think it will be done by July.
