Just as a guess, I’d say you could see Massenet, the hairpin, Mirabeau, Portier, and pretty much everything after the tunnel up to Rascasse (from a distance, but still). It all depends on the room.
Most people just get a ticket for the Salle Empire, it cost 1500€ for sunday and 400 for saturday viewing.
If you stay at Hotel De Paris though, you can see the race from the balcony.
You can see it from the Hotel Hermitage and St. Benoiut too (I dont think the St Benoiut spelling is right), but i’m not sure about guranteed viewing spots etc. at those two.
