I havent heard of the Monte Carlo anywhere near downtown Toronto, so I googled it up. All I found was the Monte Carlo Inns. Is that the one you’re referring to?
If it is, then yes, they do have a mini-fridge.
But just to let you know, it’s located in Markham. That’s not exactly Toronto. It’ll take a good 40-50 minutes to get from there to Downtown Toronto by car.

Edit: They do have other locations, but in Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, etc. They’re all in the Greater Toronto Area, but still pretty far if you’ll be sightseeing and doing touristy stuff. Try the Days Inn or EconoLodge downtown.
o boy if it’s in markham or other places in GTA (Greater Toronto Area) you just made a big mistake. You should have looked for something in Toronto and downtown if possible. This will totally ruin your experience and give you a bad impression of Toronto. Hope you can change hotels!
