I hear that the Monte Carlo isn’t bad. If I were to choose, I would go for The Venetian, or even The Palazzo if you have the cash. The Bellagio is awesome and very comfortable and the location is perfect on the strip. the Palms is great and very youthful but it is off the strip. Also off strip is the all-suite Rio. One of the best places in terms of rooms. Best place if you are taking a female. T.I. is also in a great location. Good luck and Party as hard as you can.
The MGM is a slightly nicer hotel than the Luxor, but not by much, and I really like the Pyramid Spa Suites.
I would stay at Luxor. Their location is no problem because of their monorail system.
The Flamingo, Mirage, and TI all have nice locations and nice rooms too. If location is your main criteria then I would go with the Mirage.
The Monte Carlo is very nice and they do have nice rooms, but of the 6 you list it comes in last. Based on >location, room, hotel

There is construction site all over and its very old and dirty, looks like a high rise motel! mgm grand is nice but staff is not! flamingo is family oriented, I think the best is still caesar palace!
Monte Carlo: Great hotel, 4 diamond AAA rating…..you just can’t go wrong.

Out of all of those, I would probably say the Mirage. I stay there every time I go to las vegas, and its great (mind you, I don’t stay in the suites!). The location of the mirage is great as well as the overall hotel. They have everything you could ask for. There standard rooms are very comfortable, so I would imagine that the suites would be amazing.

My wife and I were recently in Las Vegas and we stayed at the Excalibur and we loved it.
Right now it’s the Palazzo. The suites are really decked out nicely. Great location .. for the buck it would be hard to beat.
