One vote for Mirage!
Oh, and please include price, because if you judge solely on its luxury, hotels like Circus Circus would have no chance of winning (no offense!)

venetian. beautiful and fun. expensve but worth every penny. great stores. i love the venetian. it is my favorite hotel to go to and when you are a local, that’s saying a lot!
Treasure Island is my Absolute favorite. I stay there almost every time I got o Vegas. I usually go during the week, where the room price is 89-99 usd per night. I did stay at golden nugget when i stayed in downtown … that was 90 usd for a friday night, what a deal. IT was also amazing. I prefer the strip, so Treasure Island is my choice.
Mirage for me cost/luxury/fun
1. Flamingo- pretty grounds and pool , nice location, clean , reasonable
2. Reno- never stayed there
3. Circus Circus- dumpy but has a great buffet
4. Venetian- elegant, expensive , I love the gondolas
5. Paris- Casino is dark
6. Excalibur- too many kids, too noisy
7. Luxor- I didnt like
8. Mirage- ok
9. Mandalay Bay- elegant, the pumped in air smells like jasmine
10. Mirage- same as #8
11. Cesar Palace- getting too large, I miss the mechanical attractions
12. Treasure Island- it stinks- really- it smells moldy, mildew, needs to be cleaned
13. Wynn- excellent location, the best posh stores , quiet, car dealership on property , A+++
14. Bellagio- very nice, great location
15. Sahara- never been there
16. Aladdin- never been there
17. MGM Grand- ok
18. New York-New York- too dark ,too many kids
19. Monte Carlo- -never been there
Aladdin is now the Planet Hollywood, and that would take my vote, not too expensive, great location, and still really nice.
